We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
We ensure that your data collected and/or collected by us will be stored safely in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
We may at any time change, update, and/or add part or all of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, in accordance with our future business, and/or changes to laws and regulations. and of course, if this Privacy Policy is changed/updated/added, we will notify you through a notification sent through the Epsilon Mobile Application and/or our website, and/or to your email address.

Users have the right to request the deletion of their accounts on EPSILON Mobile. To initiate the account deletion process, users should contact our customer support at customercare@ritekno-digital.com.
Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, we will take the necessary steps to permanently delete the user's account from our systems. Please note that some information may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, and the user will be informed of any such retention.
In relation to the Account Deletion, and revocation of consent as referred to in this Article, You hereby agree that You will hold us harmless from any liability in any forms as consequences that arise from the Account Deletion, and revocation of the consent.
